How can we help?
Need support or have a question about Mentionary? We're here to help.
Getting Started
Add your primary domains, sitemap, and RSS feeds in Workspace Settings. Mentionary starts crawling and mapping citations to your brand, competitors, and product pages within minutes.
Trials include full access to the Brand Recall Dashboard, citation alerts for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, plus up to five tracked competitors. No credit card is needed to start.
We typically surface your first AI citations within the first crawl cycle (2–6 hours). For net-new topics, use Prompt Watchlists to accelerate data collection.
Yes. Invite collaborators from Settings → Team. Set access by workspace so agencies can manage multiple brands without mixing data.
You can track competitor citations alongside your own. Add domains to the Competitors tab to see head-to-head share of voice and positioning across AI engines.
Profile & plans

Yes. Tune notification rules per workspace—choose real-time, daily digests, or weekly rollups for citation alerts and competitor movements.
Go to Profile → Security and request deletion. We remove all stored data within 30 days unless retention is required by law. Exports remain available until deletion completes.
Visit status.mentionary.ai for uptime and crawl status. You can subscribe to updates for maintenance windows or incidents.
Use workspace roles to restrict who can view citation sources, research data, and exports. Admins can also require 2FA for specific workspaces.
